The 2023 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC 2023) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. SMC 2023 will be held on October 1–4, 2023 in at the Hyatt Maui, in Maui, Hawaii. The conference provides an international forum for researchers, educators, and practitioners to learn, share knowledge, report most recent innovations and developments, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of systems science and engineering, human-machine systems, and cybernetics. The theme of SMC 2023 is “Improving the Quality of Life’. In addition to technical sessions, SMC 2023 will also hold keynote addresses, tutorials, workshops, panel discussions, forums, exhibits, and membership receptions to enrich the fruitful discussions among conference attendees.
